Reedy 360 Audio is a boutique podcast production consultancy that provides podcast strategy consulting, audio recording guidance, editing and post-production, sound design, distribution, and growth consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Service descriptions on our website are for informational purposes and may vary based on individual project requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services
• Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure that all content you provide for production (scripts, recordings, brand assets) does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your podcast content

4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided on a custom quote basis and will be communicated in writing before any work begins. Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required before work commences, as specified in your service agreement
• Remaining payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your service agreement
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared
• Prices are subject to change; however, any agreed-upon pricing will be honored for the duration of the active engagement

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services rendered:

• You retain ownership of all original content you provide to us (scripts, recordings, brand materials)
• Ownership of the final produced podcast episodes and associated deliverables transfers to you upon full payment
• We retain the right to use samples of our work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing
• Any proprietary tools, templates, or processes used in production remain the intellectual property of Reedy 360 Audio

6. Revisions and Approvals

Each service package includes a specified number of revisions per episode or deliverable. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before the work is performed. You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframe. Deliverables not reviewed within 7 business days of submission will be considered approved.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are as follows:

• You may cancel your engagement by providing written notice
• If cancellation occurs before work has begun, any deposit paid will be refunded in full
• If cancellation occurs after work has begun, you will be charged for all work completed up to the date of cancellation
• Refunds for partially completed work will be calculated based on the proportion of work delivered
• Custom sound design, music, and branding assets that have been created are non-refundable once delivered

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reedy 360 Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific results such as listener numbers, download counts, or revenue from your podcast.

9. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for the highest quality in all our work, we make no warranties or representations regarding specific outcomes, audience growth, or commercial success of your podcast. Results may vary based on numerous factors outside our control, including content quality, market conditions, and audience preferences.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, content, and business details as confidential. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services (e.g., sharing files with approved subcontractors under NDA).

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
